The housing market during this period, February - August 2021, was very difficult for buyers utilizing VA loans. Dolly and her team are by far the best Real Estate Team I have ever dealt with. We have worked with multiple Real Estate agents in numerous parts of North Carolina and she is by far the best. My only regret is that we no longer live in the area that she covers so we do not have the option to use her. Dolly helped us purchase our first home in the summer of 2011. As nervous, mostly clueless first-time buyers, we had TONS of questions, misconceptions, and uncertainty. But, Dolly patiently guided us through every step of the process, from figuring out what was and should be important to us to showing us many great options in neighborhoods we'd never even considered to putting us in touch with trustworthy and professional inspectors, mortgage brokers, and legal assistance.
