Meet the Team
Dolly Helbert has been a REALTOR since 1987 in the Triangle area. Consistently one of the top producing teams in the RE/MAX United office, Dolly and her team bring a level of service to their clients that is unsurpassed in the industry. She attributes her success in today’s fiercely competitive marketplace to her unique team partnership concept. Unlike a traditional real estate agency, she has assembled a diverse staff of real estate support specialists and experts who deliver more services to clients and work at a higher level of proficiency.
Dolly has 28 years of real estate experience in the Triangle real estate market helping buyers and sellers achieve their dreams. She has watched the area grow and change over the years. Dolly worked on site sales for a new neighborhood and has extensive experience helping buyers find their perfect home.
Martha Lucas has been a REALTOR since 2007 with RE/MAX. Prior to her career in real estate, she was in banking for 10 years. Her well-rounded experience gives her the background and knowledge to help her clients navigate the real estate market successfully. Being a part of The Helbert Team at RE/MAX United gives Martha the opportunity to do what she does best – deliver exceptional service to her clients for all of their real estate needs.
Bob Helbert joined the team in 2016. He is a graduate of George Mason University’s School of Law and brings a unique element of expertise to our team. Growing up locally, he has a vast knowledge of area neighborhoods and history. Working with buyers is his passion and with the full team behind him he is equipped to help buyers find their perfect home.
Melanie Zeller worked as the Global Mission Coordinator for Hope Community Church before beginning her real estate career and joining the team in 2019. She graduated at the top of her class in the school of real estate and has loved working with the Helbert Team at RE/Max United. She places care, compassion and communication with her clients as her highest priority.
Connie Kissel joined the team in 2015 and serves as our Inside Sales Agent. Her role is to manage incoming sales leads for the team. Connie has extensive sales experience in real estate, insurance, and retail. Her goal is to guide customers with their home search and introduce them to the right person on the Helbert Team to meet their real estate needs.
Roberta Clark is our Listing Coordinator and works closely with sellers throughout the listing process. Roberta coordinates the behind-the-scenes activities with our stager, photographer, and appraiser to ensure that the sale of your home goes as smoothly as possible. She has been a member of the team for 7 years.
Vanessa Franklin is our Closing Coordinator and assists our clients with getting from contract to closing. She is also instrumental in helping with due diligence repair requests for the entire team. Vanessa holds a North Carolina Real Estate license so she is able to assist the team in ways that many administrative staff simply cannot. She has been a member of the team since 2014.
Joanne Benson is a Closing Coordinator and is instrumental in getting clients from contract to close by following up on all details associated with that process. Joanne joined the team in 2016.
Melissa is an Administrative Assistant and supports the Listing Coordinator. She handles many of our marketing endeavors. She will be responsible for many of the day-to-day tasks in our office, making our office run smoothly. Melissa joined the Team in 2019.
